Mom's Chocolate Easter Eggs
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c cocoa
3/4 c milk
1/4 c pb
1/2 tsp vanilla
4 c Quick Cooking Oatmeal
Finely Shredded Coconut
Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in saucepan. Bring to boil. Boil one minute stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in rest of ingredients, mixing well. Let cool a while. Shape into eggs and roll in coconut. Wrap eggs and refrigerate. Colored plastic wrap is fun.
My Mom always makes this chocolate eggs for Easter. To me, it's a symbol of Easter. Enjoy!
